Shipping Policy

Orders for in-stock items ship within 24 hours (usually the same day provided the order is placed before 2:00pm EST). Partial deliveries will be made if an order contains both in-stock and backordered items. Shipping charges are calculated FOB Fitchburg, MA or manufacturer location shipping point, and will be added to invoice.

For standard shipments we use UPS Ground service wherever possible to keep costs to a minimum. However, it may be necessary to ship larger items or orders on one or more pallets via common carrier.

We currently offer the following three options for expedited shipping:

UPS Saver 3 Day
You can expect your order to arrive via UPS within 3 business days after your order is shipped.

UPS 2nd Day
You can expect your order to arrive via UPS within 2 business days after your order is shipped.

UPS Overnight
You can expect your order to arrive via UPS the day after your order has shipped. Please note, items shipped on Friday via UPS Overnight will arrive the following Monday.
