Returns
American Fire Hose & Cabinet will accept returned merchandise no later than 30 days after date of invoice in original, unused, uninstalled condition, with the exception of warranty returns or items received in error. All returns due to customer ordering error must be sent freight pre-paid by the customer and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you have questions about any of our products please contact us prior to ordering. Credit will be issued when goods are received, inspected, and approved by American Fire Hose & Cabinet. Cabinets and special order items are non-returnable. So that we can better help you please follow the below instructions before sending an item back.
Please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 252-7570 to get shipping instructions and a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before sending items back to us.
Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box that you are returning, as we will refuse any packages that are delivered without an RMA on the outside of the box.
Warranty Returns
A replacement, repair, or credit will be issued only after the manufacturer has made a positive warranty determination regarding the returned item.
Order Cancellation
Orders canceled after shipment are subject to freight charges. Additional cancellation charges may apply to “made-to-order” items depending on the manufacturer’s policy.
