Exposed Siamese Fire Department Connections

Exposed Siamese Fire Department Connections (FDC's) are generally mounted on the outside wall of a building.  They are used to supply water to both standpipes and automatic sprinkler systems. 

Exposed Siamese FDC's are available with either two or three inlets.  The two inlet versions are available with either single or double clappers (aka check valves).  The three inlet versions (triple clappers) have individual drop clappers on each inlet.Read more

Free Standing (90 Degree) Siamese Fire Department Connections

Free Standing Siamese Fire Department Connections (FDC's) serve the same purpose as exposed wall type siamese FDC's; they are used to supply water to both standpipes and automatic sprinkler systems.  However, the free standing type is generally mounted to a vertical pipe protruding from the ground. 

Free Standing Siamese FDC's are available with either two or three inlets.  The two inlet versions are available with either single or double clappers (aka check valves).  The three inlet versions (triple clappers) have individual drop clappers on each inlet.Read more

Flush Siamese Fire Department Connections

Flush Siamese Fire Department Connections (FDC's) perform the same function as both the exposed and free standing types; they allow fire departments to supply water to a building's standpipe and/or fire sprinkler system.  However, because they are mounted flush with the building's wall, the body remains concealed with only the escutcheon plate and swivel connections (snoots) visible.Read more

Single Fire Department Connections

Single Fire Department Connections (FDC's) are generally mounted on the outside wall of a building.  They are primarily designed as inlet connections to allow fire fighters to supplement the building's automatic sprinkler system. Read more
